V.A.V. Group provides high-quality silicone, TPE, and TPV profiles and gaskets for all industries, and can design the form, colour, hardness, and material of the profile to match the specified use and conditions, including weather and other external requirements. Our flexibility allows us to produce small to medium-sized production series very quickly with a two-week delivery time from placing your order.
We also offer various further processing options and assembly services, from 3D printing with our own in-house printer, to laser engraving and special products such as silicone and TPE/TPV rubber frames, rings, and pressure profiles as well as self-adhesive products.

PROFILES
There is no need to compromise when selecting your seal profile. We design the form, colour, hardness, and material of the profile to match the specified use and conditions, including weather and other external requirements. This is done even when the ordered profile batches are small.
We have manufactured over a thousand different extrusion dies for different profile shapes. Our manufacturing process allows us to supply almost any shape, based on a blueprint or sample provided, and in several coil lengths.
We offer Tailor-made profiles with a two-week delivery time.
Further processing and assembly
We manufacture a comprehensive range of special- or further-processed products, like silicone and TPE/TPV rubber frames, rings, pneumatic profiles, and products with mounting tape or attachable parts.
Pressure profiles and the attached metal valves are used for example, for washers in the pulp and paper industry all over the world. Other usage scenarios are, for example, the waterproofing of the compartments of some special vehicles. We produce frames and rings by vulcanizing, gluing, mirror welding, or whatever is the most suitable technology.
